Everything fresh, and locally produced!

Fresh fish and crayfish come directly from local fishermen and are prepared in the dedicated filleting room daily.
Wild game from the Kaikoura Ranges, lamb from the fields of Canterbury, aged rib-eye beef from the West Coast.
Their produce is grown on the fertile Kaikoura plains, harvested and fresh to the kitchen in no time.
